long-term lifestyles.
This special Corporate Wellness program offered by our institute is a perfect
combination of knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga to understand basic principles and
techniques for health and better coordination of body and mind.
Duration: 5 sessions of one hour
Schedules: 11.00 am to 12.00 pm or 5.00 to 6.00 pm (after office hours).
Venue: Your office premises or our institute.

- Ashtang yoga-8 steps to get wellness and happiness.
- Knowledge of Psycho –somatic disturbance and stress management.
- Physical postures (Asanas): for healthy body.
- Pranayama: breathing exercises to improve functions of mind.
- Meditation and relaxation: Inner awareness and better coordination of healthy body and controlled mind.
- Introduction to Ayurveda
- Basic principles of Ayurveda.
- What is health? Daily routine for healthy lifestyle
- Healthy food & diet rules for digestion
- know your strength and weakness through body constitution (prakruti)
