YOGA FOR FITNESS, RELAXATION AND HEALING
Program highlights:
- Highly qualified & professional Ayurvedic doctor and Yoga practitioner with international experience.
- One session of one and a half hour per week except for the children’s batch.
- Introduction to Ayurveda.
- Basic principles of Ayurveda.
- Pancha Mahabhoota and Tri-dosha theory.
- Definition of health according to Ayurveda (SWASTHA).
- Daily and seasonal routine for health.
- Healthy food and activities.
- To understand one’s strengths and weaknesses through Prakruti (body constitution).
Duration: 1 and 1/2 hour once weekly (total 12 sessions in 3 months).

Also note that there are practice sessions on:
- Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:00 at Glamis, Q-Bornes.
- Saturdays from 09:30 to 10:30 at Glamis, Q-Bornes.
Requirements:
- Consultation with our Doctor if this is the first time that you are practicing Yoga.
- Participants to wear comfortable loose sports wear.
- One large towel per participant to spread on the mat.
- Participants should not have eaten at least three hours prior to the session.
- Please bring a writing pad and pen to take notes.
